Northwest Indiana’s Fight for Social Media Equality

December 28, 2009 By Finn 3 Comments

I hope y’alls holiday is going well. Staying warm I hope?

Fort Myers is being nice to my family. It might kiss 70 tomorrow. So brisk.

So, y’all are probably wondering what’s up.

Well, the folks of Northwest Indiana are in a battle with Indianapolis for Internet Marketing supremacy and apparently I’m not keeping up my part. There’s a Social Media Summit in Indy on new years with an awards banquet. I’m up for “upcomer dude of the year,” and though I’m not going to be able to attend and hadn’t told anyone, I’m still in 3rd place.

I’d like to make it moving day so The Region can run a clean sweep.

Here’s the link where you can find the ballot. The voting ends at midnight. If you can take 19 seconds and vote for me as well as a few other region folks such as Steve Dalton, Dave Woodson, Nichole Baiel, Kathy Sipple, and Rahsaan Taylor, then we can improve our chances of heading down to the social media summit as victors.

Thank y’all so kindly. You’ll have a total of 8 questions or so. Just say you gave it some thought (for me) and we’re all gravy.

Voting ends at midnight so please get that vote in quickly.

And please, tell your friends. The Region would love to make a statement but we need your help!

I asked Amy Stark to stop posting vote totals, I think it was merely encouraging ballot stuffing and complaining by the Indy folks.
